Once we yield both to God's discipline (Heb.12:5-11) and our own discipline (12:12-13), we produce a life worth following. People don't just follow you as a leader because you are charismatic, they will follow you because of your lifestyle and if your lifestyle is not in accordance with a leader worthy of emulation...
